Information and FAQ about gift cards

Before purchasing a gift card, please read the following:

• Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

• The purchase of a gift card is final, we do not offer refunds on the amount paid.

• Gift cards can only be used for drink products at Café Analog. They cannot be used for merchandise, stickers, drink vouchers, stamp cards, or alcoholic beverages.

• Gift cards can only be redeemed using the physical card. Photos of the card or the code alone are not accepted.

• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded. 

• Gift cards cannot be resold for commercial purposes.

• If your purchase costs more than your remaining balance, the difference can be paid by card.

• We reserve the right to refuse a gift card if we suspect fraud or misuse.
